Review by hotel critic
My stay at Bystrina exceeded all expectations, offering a truly exceptional experience. Upon accidentally leaving behind some personal belongings, the staff not only promptly retrieved them but also personally delivered them to my room, showcasing their unparalleled dedication to guest satisfaction. The heating in the room was meticulously adjusted to my preference, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay even during the chilly mountain evenings. The spacious terrace provided stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty, offering a serene setting for relaxation and contemplation. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in the room was a welcome convenience, allowing me to stay connected and productive throughout my stay. With every detail carefully considered, from the free toiletries to the modern flat-screen TV, Bystrina truly stands out as a beacon of excellence in hospitality, setting a new standard for luxury and comfort in the heart of the mountains.
